Děda Simpson má problém. V noci se počůral do postele. Co hůř, když se mu Homer, Marge a spol. snaží sehnat lékařskou pomoc, zjišťují, že domov důchodců i nemocnice jsou na dědovy zdravotní potíže krátcí. Chce to lacinou lékařskou péči. Celá rodina proto vyrazí na socialistickou Kubu. Místní doktor sice tvrdí, že už pro dědu nemůže nic udělat, ale divoký víkend na Havaně dělá s nemocným divy. Díky autům a muzice z 50. let se zase cítí skoro jako zamlada. Dokonce tady narazí na dávno ztraceného kamaráda a jistou atraktivní dámu. Že by už Simpsonovi zůstali na Kubě navždy?(TV Prima)
