Líza získá titul Student tisíciletí. Marge se na tuto školní akci nedostaví, protože banku, ve které zrovna byla, přepadne lupič. Ten se vzdá policii pod podmínkou, že ho Marge bude navštěvovat ve vězení. Ta si ale vždy najde nějakou výmluvu, aby za ním na návštěvu nemusela. Lupič Dwight uteče z vězení a zjistí si, kde Simpsonovi bydlí. Unese ji a vezme jako rukojmí do zábavního parku, kde ho jako malého chlapce opustila jeho vlastní matka. Chce po Marge, aby mu jeden den nahradila to, co za ta léta promeškal. Šerif Wiggum, který chce Marge zachránit, se zasekne mezi dvěma loďkami a Dwight nasadí své zdraví, aby šerifa zachránil. Z nemocnice poté opět putuje do vězení.(Česká televize)
