Tím prepravuje dôležitých námorníkov z budovy do auta, avšak McGee spozoruje dvoch chlapov, ktorí sa hádajú a o chvíľu počuť výstrely, Gibbs príde na miesto a McGee sedí pri mŕtvom tele. Gibbs nenájde zbraň mŕtveho, ale McGee tvrdí, že po ňom vystrelil. McGee sa z toho nemôže spamätať, a čo je horšie, tím zistí, že to bol policajt Andrew Alien. McGee sa dostane do vyšetrovacej väzby. Tím nevie nájsť projektil ani nábojnicu. Vyzerá to tak, že zabil bezbranného človeka.(TV Markíza)
