Der Mutter Oberin bleibt nun wohl nichts anderes übrig, als das Kloster gewinnbringend abzustoßen. Gegen einen horrend hohen Betrag beschließt sie, Bürgermeister Wöller die Räumlichkeiten anzubieten.
