KOLKATA. Jonathan revisits Kolkata but with a deeper dive to understand the chaotic city. He comes across the spiritual hub of Kalighat where he ponders the meaning of the dancing Shiva, Nataraj. This sets him on a quest to ask gurus and people in the know about the link between dancing and divinity. Of course, this being Road less Traveled, Jonathan goes on a tangent where he discovers the story of the British East India trading company - a tale that takes him to Murshidabad and Plassey. Back in Kolkata, Jonathan chances upon the multitude of ethnic communities in Kolkata that are slowly dying out, including India’s only Chinatown.
