Max Foodie. Documentary (2021). Sashi is back in Hong Kong to take another peek into different facets of the city. He explores Taiwanese tea culture, has a bowl of beef noodles in the city’s most famous joint - and then, he pivots to Hong Kong’s famous bar and mixology scene. At Quinary, his friend Anthony Lai gives Sashi a very detailed insight into the world of mixology, the high dollar gadgets, the fantastically complicated (but delicious) libations. What else do you do when hanging out with a world famous & winning mixologist? You go bar hopping! Sashi gets a peek into speakeasies, and legendary bars.
